32) Caption reads:  Locomotive #3254 was built by Canadian Locomotive Company Ltd in 1917 for the Canadian Government Railways and was transferred to the Canadian National in 1923. #3254, a Mikado-type locomotive (2-8-2), is now used in excursion service at Steamtown in Scranton PA.  (Photo courtesy: Eugene Trencansky)

35) Caption reads:  Built in Nov 1941 in Schenectady NY by the American Locomotive Co. Retired in 1962 after 1-million-plus miles of service. 133 feet long. 1.2 million pounds. 6000 horsepower. Burned 12 ton of coal per hour. Capable of speeds of up to 80 mph. Cost new: $265,174. Now on display at Steamtown USA, Bellows Falls VT.
